In EndNote, click on 'Library' > 'Open Term Lists' > 'Journal Term Lists'.

If you are not sure what citation style you need or wether your citation style requires abbreviated journal titles in their citations, simply skip this step.

Make sure the box for Pubmed is checked.

Go to the EndNote menu and choose Preferences.

For example, for 'styles' select your new 'Styles-CC' folder.

For each type of folder, select the equivalent from the folders you just installed by double clicking on them.

In Endnote, select 'Preferences' and the 'Folder Locations'.
